AN OFFICIAL REQUEST BY THE ORGANIZERS OF THE TOY & JOY AUCTION 2017 WAS MADE TO THE KEY CLUB OF

ST HELENS HIGH SCHOOL & CCEC TO HELP AT THIS YEARS EVENT. THEY HAD WORKED AT THE GALA LAST YEAR SERVING AND DOING POST EVENT CLEAN UP.

ROBOTICS AND ENGINEERING CLUB [SHREC] FOR THEIR TRIP TO ST LOUIS FOR COMPETION. THEY ONLY FOUND OUT MONDAY IN THE PM AND HAVE ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF.  IT'S AT THE CHUBBS SHELL STATION BETWEEN BUGERVILLE AND RITE AID.

CCEC KEY CLUB GROUP WILL BE DOING A FOOD DRIVE IN THE UPCOMING WEEK.

SAFEWAY WILL ALLOW THE GROUP TO HAND OUT FLYER SUGGESTING PEANUT BUTTER

AND TUNA FISH AS A GREAT PRODUCT TO DONATE TO THE FOOD DRIVE.

BOTH PRODUCTS ARE A GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN.

 

   JANUARY 2016 UPDATE

THE NEW YEAR HAS OPENED WITH CONTINUED COMMITTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY.

 THE ST HELENS KEY CLUBS MEMBERS HAVE PRE-REGISTERED FOR THE SEATTLE CONVENTION WHICH WILL ENHANCE THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND PROMOTE TEAM BUILDING AND COMMUNITY AWARENESS.

ST HELENS HIGH SCHOOL KEY CLUB HAS 6 MEMBERS PLANNING TO ATTEND.

CCEC HIGH SCHOOL HAS 2 MEMBERS PLANNING TO ATTEND.

THE UPCOMING MONTHS WILL BE FILLED WITH ACTIVITY AS USUAL.

THE CHILDREN AT DOERNBECHER WILL BE RECEIVING VALENTINE CARDS MADE BY THE MEMBERS OF THE KEY CLUBS TO BE DISTRIBUTED FOR VALENTINES DAY FEBUARY 14.

MAKING SUPERHERO CAPES FOR THE KIDS AT DOERNBECHERIS ALSO ON THE AGENDA.

NOVEMBER 2015        VETERANS WEEK

THE KEY CLUB HAS COME UP WITH A UNIQUE WAY TO HONOR OUR LOCAL VETERANS.

THE HIGH SCHOOL WILL BE CLOSED VETERANS DAY NOV 11TH,  A NATIONAL HOLIDAY

To bring focus on Veterans, a display honoring them will be set up in the

High School cafeteria on the days prior to Wednesday November 11th.
